RESPONSIBLE ONBOARDING

Provider Verification & Insurance

Medivac reviews business, fleet, capability and document evidence before granting operational approval.

Review happens in stages

Registration or document submission alone does not mean a provider is verified, fully insured or approved to accept bookings.

01

Business registration

Company registration details are reviewed before onboarding proceeds.

02

Fleet registration

Ambulances and operating details are submitted by the provider for Medivac review.

03

Service capability

Submitted services are assessed alongside relevant vehicle and operating capabilities.

04

Compliance documents

Mandatory documents must be submitted, approved and within their validity dates before fleet approval.

05

Insurance documents

Relevant insurance evidence is reviewed with its validity dates; review does not promise claim eligibility or patient insurance coverage.

06

Operational readiness

Final approval remains with Medivac Admin after the existing readiness requirements are satisfied.

Published status must be evidence-backed

Any public insurance or readiness status should appear only after the relevant documents are reviewed, validity dates are confirmed and publishing rules are satisfied. Medivac does not provide insurance coverage.
